Fabulous rental opportunity in the heart of Sherborn at Bridle Brook Farm! This fabulous antique farmhouse has been updated with modern amenities (central air throughout, laundry conveniently on the main level) while still retaining all of the historic charm (including 6 original fireplaces.) The exterior grounds are second-to-none with over 10 acres of land including open lawn, pastures, woods, and barn/paddocks. An outdoor kitchen and fire-pit, a huge kid's swing set and an in-ground saltwater pool that can be opened if deisired, makes this a wonderful place for families to call home throughout all seasons of the year. The home itself is over 5,000 square feet and features 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 2 half baths. There is a property manager dedicated to the property who handles all lawn care, mowing and grounds maintenance...which makes for extremely easy living. Close to Dover-Sherborn's top-rated schools, plus nearby to the town center and easy commuting to nearby highways, etc. Do not miss this one!
