Bring your vision to the shores of fully recreational Hamilton Reservoir! The existing Quonset hut sits on the sloping portion of the lot, leading down to a wonderful flat waterfront area with direct access to the lake. It’s easy to imagine spending summer days by the water, gathering along the shoreline, and ending the day with gorgeous sunset views across the reservoir. The property is being sold strictly “AS IS,” with no representations or warranties regarding the condition of the existing structure or property. The Quonset hut has not been updated and the property offers an opportunity for someone looking to create something new in a waterfront setting. A future owner may wish to explore removal of the existing structure and rebuilding to suit their needs, subject to all applicable zoning, permitting, and other required approvals. Due to the condition of the property, cash or renovation financing may be required. A unique opportunity to secure direct waterfront on Hamilton Reservoir and bring your own ideas to a property that has been enjoyed as a lake retreat for generations.
